Trendy room and staff is always unobtrusive and nice.
As for me location is stunning, so close to the Cotswolds and Castle Combe. Again, it's 2 miles from a long barrow.

Historic architectural charm, Engaging social environment, Free car parking
Room sizes feel cramped, especially with excess luggage!!! The bar's limited drink options mean you won't find your favorites here!!! Poor mobile connectivity can leave you isolated!!!

The rooms were a nice size and complete with an 8' wide bed, a nice view of the village plus Quality professed. The location offered was excellent and unbeatable just next door to a restaurant that has high chairs, a changing table, and a kids menu and the centre of a beautiful Cotswold village...

My partner and I had an amazing stay with delicious meals and some lovely cream tea that felt like a special treat. We loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace and enjoying the charming garden area, which was perfect for unwinding. The room was a bit small for getting ready in the morning, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Definitely try the cream tea! ☕

Try to request a room away from the kitchen to avoid noise and unpleasant smells, especially in the attic.

Highly recommend it for couples seeking a charming retreat
When we were having dinner, we even had some Morris dancers entertain us right outside the pub.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? It was worth it.

The room was cozy with a lovely view, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a standout, with delicious options for everyone-even our picky eaters loved it!
In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.
